DAEMON

I find problems other people can't see, then I build systems that solve them. I spent my career doing it in markets, trading my own accounts on quantitative models built from the options surface. Now I point the same approach at AI, because AI is the biggest invisible problem there is.
M0: Leverage the machine — AI — to solve problems people and businesses can't see for themselves: give them their time back and make them more money.
M1: (forming) Ship software that genuinely helps people and makes money *because* it helps them. "I can help anybody."
Most problems are systems problems, not people problems.
The best problems to work on are the ones no one else can see.
People will take anything that makes money if you let them — contracts and precautions are table stakes, not paranoia.
Naivety is expensive. Verify before you trust; the cost of checking is always less than the cost of being wrong.
Build to the outcome, not to generality — a system fine-tuned to one result beats a flexible one that does nothing well.
Equidamus Markets
Quantitative options research. Option-surface models that forecast where things are heading, built for people who trade. It's the work I've done for years, and still do every day.
AI Systems for Business
I build AI into how a business actually runs. Not a chatbot bolted on the side. Real systems in engineered code, aimed at the simplest version of the highest-value problem, so the return is obvious. This is what I'm building now.
